CALIFORNIA PRIZES AND INCENTIVES

When you raise funds to create a world free of MS, you earn great prizes! Last year, the average walker raised $250. You can too!

Show your support and wear your official Walk MS t-shirt on the day of the Walk by turning in at least $100 by Walk day. Turn in donations by June 3rd, 2014 to qualify for prize s. In order to qualify for individual prizes, monies must be posted to your individual account. You can check your total at any time by logging on to your Participant Center and entering your name in the search box.

Mission First

Many of our participants who earn prizes generously donate them back to further support our mission - to create a world free of multiple sclerosis. Check out the 2013 list!

By donating the cost of your prize back, you are directly helping the National MS Society put more money toward making a difference in the lives of those affected by MS. The Mission First Club is setup to honor and recognize these individuals.

$850-$999	$80 gift card* PLUS official Walk MS t-shirt	17-22 physical therapy sessions for a person with MS
$1,000-$2,499	$100 gift card* PLUS official Walk MS t-shirt	Education seminar for 50 people newly-diagnosed with MS
$2,500-$3,999	$150 gift card* PLUS official Walk MS t-shirt	Weekly yoga or aquatic exercise classes (to help with spasticity) for 15-24 people with MS for three months
$4,000-$5,999	$400 gift card* PLUS official Walk MS t-shirt	Lightweight wheelchairs to 8-12 uninsured individuals with MS
$6,000-$7,499	$500 gift card* PLUS official Walk MS t-shirt	2-4 educational scholarships to help a person with MS to remain in the workforce
$7,500-$9,999	$750 gift card* PLUS official Walk MS t-shirt	Education seminar for 100 people newly diagnosed with MS
