Team Captains
Team captains serve as “inspirational leaders” for their team members. People raise more money together than they do alone.
Forming a team is as easy as 1-2-3!
- Register yourself as the Team Captain online or by calling us at
(808) 538-0805. Already registered, but now you want to start or be part of a team? Call us, we can help you with that too. - Decide on a snappy team name.
- RECRUIT, RECRUIT, RECRUIT! Teams of all shapes and sizes are welcome, but those that want to qualify for benefits, rewards and contests must have at least four members, including the team captain.

- November 11-15: National Team Recognition Week
- January 6-10: Team Captain Celebration Week Contest
- February 10-14: Team Recruitment Week Contest
- March 10-14: Team Fundraising & Recruitment Week Contest (and MS Awareness Week!)
- March 14: 100% Team Competition
Be a 100% team! If 100% of your team members have raised $100 each by this date, your team will earn custom Walk MS t-shirts. (Teams must consist of 4 members to qualify) - TEAM TENT DEADLINES: If you raise a team total of $10,000 or more by this date, you'll earn a team tent at your Walk MS location. If your team raised $10,000 or more in 2012 you already qualify for the team tent!
- June 14: Fundraising Prize Deadline
